My little weight loss notebook

So today I've finally gotten around to making myself a little weight loss notebook to write down my weight and measurements every week. Since being on the TSFL/Medifast diet I've just been scribbling everything down on scrap paper and wanted to be a little more organized. I've used Zoe celebrates from Make it Crafty as my main image.  She just looked perfect like she's cheering you on to victory or celebrating your success!

Materials used:

Make it Crafty - Zoe Celebrates
Stampin Up! - Endless Birthday Wishes
My Favorite Things - Linen (background stamp)
Sizzix - Tim Holtz butterfly frenzy
We R memory keepers - the cinch .625" silver
action wobbler
washi tape
patterned paper
Ranger - Tim Holtz distress ink seedless preserves
Pretty Pink Posh - mini star confetti
American Crafts - Zing! gold embossing powder
Zig - wink of stella clear
Ranger - liquid pearls hydrangea

Copics used:
Skin - E000, E00, E11, E04, R20
Hair - E29, E25, E21, E07
Top - BV17, BV13, BV11, BV08, BG000
Jeans - B99, B97, B95, B91, W3
Shoes & Flowers - Y18, Y15, Y13, YR68, E31
Eyes - BG11, BG23

As you can see I mounted her on an action wobbler so she pops right off the notebook to cheer me on!

And finally my girl in motion! Thanks for stopping by!
